Question: How long does it take before I will receive my order?
Answer: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped. Most orders are in stock and ship immediately. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order.

Be sure to check your "junk" or "spam box".

Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: All sales are final. However, iHeartFrames.com will replace merchandise that is determined to be damaged, or for any errors made in shipping.
Question: What payment methods do you accept?
Answer: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card.
We also accept payment using the secure online services of Pay Pal. A Pay Pal account is not neccessary to use this service.
Question: What method of shipping do you use?
Answer: We ship all orders by way of USPS (United States Postal Service). If you have a preference in your shipping method you will need to contact us prior to placing your order.
Question: Who will the charge appear from on my credit card statement?
Answer: Your credit card will be processed by OHIOGRAFX and will appear on your credit card statement as "OHIO GRAFX LLC".
Question: OHIO Sales Tax Exempt Form
Answer: We are required to collect sales tax for all purchases within the state of Ohio except where exempted by law.

If you are in the state of Ohio and wish to place orders without sales tax please send us a completed copy of Ohio form STEC-B "Sales and Use Tax Blanket Exemption Certificate".
